• The registration includes: entry to the conference, an electronic book of abstracts, attendance certificate and free Workshop.
• Students must send the copy of the student ID cards to the conference secretariat.

Scholarships: Registration and Participation Scholarships will be provided for Undergraduate and Graduate Students in connection with the EUCHEMBIOJ 2026 Conference.

Conference Registration Scholarship is limited to 20 places.

Attendance certificate

• After the conference, all participants will be provided an attendance certificate by email to verify their connection to the EUCHEMBIOJ 2026.

Conditions for cancellations

Cancellations requested from November 1st, 2026 onwards do not qualify for a refund of the fees paid. A refund of the fee paid, less than 15% of the amount to be collected as management fees, will be granted for cancellations received before October 31st 2026.
